All human beings experience life through their body, mind, emotion, and human bio-field (Aura). When these layers are working harmoniously we flourish. When we are out of balance due to stress and unresolved trauma, working with the energy field can be key. The use of Reiki, sound, and crystal therapy can enhance the immune system and help balance the mind-body.
Heather uses a combination of Reiki, crystals, and sound therapy which is enhanced with her natural intuitive gifts to help balance and clear the multi-layered you. During these sessions, you will lay on a table atop a crystal-filled infrared bio-mat. Far Infrared has numerous health benefits including pain reduction, detoxification, and immune support.
Sessions are available for 60 and 90 minutes appointments. All sessions are done in person (with COVID safety protocols in place ) or via zoom. Zoom sessions have slight modifications but with equal success.
* Headphones are recommended for the zoom sessions.
